Atty. Ryan Anthony S. Malit

Compliance Officer

Atty. Malit is the Compliance Officer of Cocolife Asset Management Inc., and the Assistant Vice President of Cocolife’s Legal Division. Currently, he is a Senior Lecturer at the University of the Philippines College of Law. Atty. Malit is also the Assistant Vice President – Special Interest Groups (Mediation) of the Philippine Institute of Arbitrators and the Assistant Deputy Secretary General of the Philippine International Center for Conflict Resolution. Atty. Malit was a former Junior Associate at Poblador Bautista and Reyes Law Office. He graduated Cum Laude from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Bachelor of Science in Economics. In 2017, he obtained his Juris Doctor degree, also from the University of the Philippines College of Law.
