Incorporated on April 24, 2003, Cocolife Fixed Income Fund, Inc. is an open-end investment company and an income-oriented mutual fund that seeks to generate regular and steady interest income, consistent with its policy to preserve capital and to steadfastly maintain liquidity of its investments through a diversified portfolio of corporate bonds, government securities, and other fixed-income instruments.
The Fund has historically and continuously yielded consistent positive returns since its inception and has rarely been affected by market volatility compared to other bond funds in the industry.

Sales Load
A sales load fee will be charged on initial and subsequent investments made by an investor. The fee will be added to the Net Asset Value per Share (NAVPS) which will then be the selling price for the day. Applicable sales load rate shall not exceed five percent (5%) of NAVPS.
