Atty. Rex D. Lampa is the Corporate Secretary of Cocolife Asset Management Co., Inc., United Fund, Inc., Cocolife Fixed Income Fund, Inc. and Cocolife Dollar Fund Builder, Inc. since 2019. He also holds various positions within the Cocolife Group of Companies: Vice President of Legal in COCOLIFE (since 2010), and Corporate Secretary of COCOPLANS, Inc. (since 2012) and HEALTHASSIST, Inc. (since 2015). Atty. Lampa is also a Director at Ultra Security Agency and the Corporate Secretary of Direct Insurance Agency, Inc. since 2019. Prior to this, he was an Associate at Fortun, Narvasa & Salazar Law Office from 2008 to 2010. Atty. Lampa holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts in Journalism in Polytechnic University of the Philippines and obtained his Bachelor of Laws from the Polytechnic University of the Philippines in 2007.
