Mr. De Claro is an Independent Director and the Treasurer of Cocolife Asset Management Inc. He is also one of the Directors of Cocolife Fixed Income Fund, Inc. Apart from this, he is also a Director of Cocogen Insurance, Inc. and the Chairman of the company’s Corporate Governance and Related Party Transactions Committee. He is the current President of MBPP Enterprises, Inc., Manester Development Corporation, Galvez Realty and Development Co., Inc., and Renato Realty and Development Corporation. Mr. De Claro also holds the position of Director and Treasurer-in-Trust of Banh Mi Kitchen Services, Inc. Mr. De Claro graduated from Ateneo De Manila University with a degree in Communication Technology Management and obtained his Master’s in Entrepreneurship from the same university.
