Atty. Jose Antonio Rafael G. Santos earned his Juris Doctor from the University of the Philippines College of Law and graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of the Philippines. He is the Managing Partner of Yebra Devesa Loon Santos Hernandez Law Office (YDL Law). He also serves as Corporate Secretary and Vice President for Human Resources of E. Zobel, Inc. and its affiliate companies, Consultant of COCOLIFE, Director of Cocoplans, Inc., and President of All Nation Security Investigation Services, Inc. Before assuming these positions, Atty. Santos was a Senior Associate at Acquende Aniag Loon & Associates, where he handled a wide range of corporate and legal matters. He has built his career in corporate law, governance, and business management through leadership and advisory positions across various organizations. His work reflects his experience in the legal profession and the corporate sector.
