Eduardo S.L. Oban, Jr.

Chairman

General Oban (ret.) is the Chairman of Cocolife Asset Management Inc. and the funds - United Fund, Inc., Cocolife Fixed Income Fund, Inc. and Cocolife Dollar Fund Builder, Inc. He has extensive experience in strategic planning, operations management, inter-agency coordination, and regional security alliances. Currently, he is also the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Air Cavaliers Credit Cooperative at the Villamor Air Base. He also previously held the position of Executive Director of the Presidential Commission on Visiting Forces, Office of the President and as the Undersecretary for Operations of the Philippines’ Department of Transportation and Communication. Mr. Oban also served as the Chief of Staff and Deputy Chief of Staff for Plans of the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Camp General Emilio Aguinaldo. Apart from these, he was also a Wing Commander at the Air Defense Wing of the Basa Air Base in Floridablanca, Pampanga. Director Oban graduated from the Philippine Military Academy as part of the Dean’s List and Commandant’s List. He then obtained his Master's in Business Economics from the University of Asia and the Pacific.
