Carolina G. Diangco

Director

Ms. Diangco is a Director of the Cocolife Asset Management Inc. She is also a Director of Cocolife since November 26, 1998, and is currently part of the Board of Directors of Cocogen Insurance Inc., and Bank of Commerce. She was also a member of the Board of Directors of the United Coconut Planters Bank and UCPB Rural Bank. Ms. Diangco previously held the position of Treasurer for UCPB CIIF Finance and Development Corporation, UCPB Foundation Corporation, and UCPB Securities Inc. She is also the Controller of Mastercaterers, Inc., UCPB Condominium Corporation, and UCPB Properties, Inc. Apart from these, she worked as SVP-Controller for United Coconut Planters Bank and Consultant for Central Visayas Finance Corporation. Ms. Diangco obtained her degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Accountancy from the University of the Philippines in 1963.
