Atty. Devesa is a Director for Cocolife Asset Management, Co., Inc. and Cocolife Dollar Fund Builder, Inc. Concurrently, he is the First Vice President and Head of External Affairs and Government Relations Division of COCOLIFE. Before joining the Cocolife management, he served as the First Vice President of Operations at Cocogen – Cocolife’s non-life subsidiary. He also has several years of legal experience, working as an Associate at the De Guzman San Diego Mejia & Hernandez Law Offices and as an Attorney II at the Office of the Solicitor General. Atty. Devesa was also a former Supervising Legislative Staff Officer III and later on as the Legislative Staff Chief at the Office of Deputy Speaker Ferdinand L. Hernandez. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Nursing at the San Beda College and earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Ateneo Law School where he was a member of the Fraternal order of Utopia.
